The service was excellent! Jennifer, Vy and Alicia were amazing nail artists. I want to come back often the service was so good and the palace looks so high end and very clean!
*My nail was Crystalynn and she was wonderful. I had coffin grown out ombre on before getting the almond fine French tips. Ambience is very mellow with spa calming music playing. Place looks very clean and I did see the techs sterilizing their equipment on their down time (always a great sign). My nails came out even and beautiful. Definitely returning and deserves its 5 .
*Definitely not your typical nail salon. Very upscale vibe. I felt that the service was justified for the prices. We got our toes pampered and were delighted with the results. If you like a more customer first treatment complete with friendly and personable service, you’ll have to try this place. Everything looks new and clean. Even the lighting is softer over the new message chairs. We will definitely be back!
