*Avis mutuelle : 5 étoilesDiana was so sweet and did an amazing job on my nails 100% recommend!! Love it tysm
*Avis mutuelle : 5 étoilesI see some older bad reviews on Yelp: just to clarify, they recently got a new renovation and new equipment and more new staff! The interior is very luxurious and clean and open and all the staff dresses nicely. There is even a specific nailbar with flowers and fuzzy rugs solely for aesthetic photos! The staff here is very sweet and attentive. Their website is well organized and very informative – the prices are very affordable and they have lots of services! I called in beforehand and when I arrived the recognized me and sat me down immediately. I took a moment to wander around and take photos and look at others’ nails. A girl and her mom finushed their nails and were raving about how beautiful they were so I felt confident when that nail tech came to me. My nail tech was Candy I believe and she listened to my concerns about my nails being weak. (I used to bite my nails) She was very gentle. Another nail tech came over after they finished and talked to me and the nail tech too, it was fun conversation. The staff prefers tip in cash and they even have their own ATM there to get cash. My atm fee was only 50 cents, idk if that was due to the ATM or my own bank, but either way it is very convenient. I highly recommend checking them out!I didn’t get color today, only got an old gel manicure removed, because my weak nails need a moment to heal and strengthen. I’ll definitely be back to get color in a week or so, and I’ll bring a friend :)UPDATE: I went back and got coffin powder acrylic extensions. The staff remembered me 🙂 It costed $90. Kayla made sure to be gentle and listen to all my requests and she had really good sugestions for healthisr and prettier nails. Just speak up about what you want and they will listen, for example at first the nails were too long. Kayla explained the ratio of gems to nude would look best longer but still trimmed them for me. Also, the powder was burning and itching so I told her and she sprayed my hands with alcohol which dissolved the excess powder and burning went away. Last example, I showed the reference photos and they did the best they could, onforming me theh didnt have the right gem style. We tested out two gems to make sure I was happy even if it was different :)The receptionist also took photos of my nails for instagram ♡Second Update: Went back to ahve acrylics removed. Emily was super gently and told me honestly that she was going to not use soaking because it would make my nails too weak due to the acrylics being only 2 weeks old. She was extremely gentle taking them off and explained to me that the “bruise” i thought I ahd from the nail being yanked was actually a fungal infection! Being new to nails, I honestly had no idea that water could get under the nail and grow the harmless (but ugly) fungus. We trimmed it off and she put a healthy protein bonding clear coat on them to help strengthen.A week later, I’m back again forjust normal gel, got Tracey as a tech! So happy because in their instagram, Tracey, Kayla, Vincent are the top designers for the coolest nails. Tracey was amazing! Always asked before filing or cutting to make sure I was happy with the nails and that they wouldnt hurt. She added a protein bond clear coat to help them grow even with a mani on them 🙂 Tracey painted 2 nails at a time to ensure the designs cured fast and didnt over smear since I went with ombre nails. She was gentl Very pleased with this salon as always! <3
