Lotus Nails was amazing! I needed to find a place to get a full set that same day, as I was flying out for my mom’s memorial early the next morning (I know, I should’ve made an appointment). But I called Lotus and they said if I could come in right away then they could do it. Super accommodating of them so I was already very grateful!Then I went in and started the acrylics process. Again, me being a bad customer – I had only decided the night before I wanted my nails done – I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. I just knew I wanted yellow ombre. So I picked out the color, but then I started thinking it would be nice to get a design. My mom LOVED sunflowers, so I asked if it would be possible to get a sunflower design. The nail tech said absolutely, just show a picture of what you want. So I googled with one hand while my other hand was being worked on, found one I liked, and showed him. He did an incredible job on the sunflowers, and made sure mine looked even best and more realistic than the reference picture. He also checked in to make sure I was happy every step of the way, with the length, shape, color, everything. He even recommended I make the nail with the sunflower nude colored instead of yellow so that it would show up best, which I never would’ve thought of myself.Then I asked last minute if I could also get gold foil, since I saw a picture with it that I liked. He said yes and got it out, but then pointed out that it wouldn’t be as noticeable and “pop” as much since my nails were yellow. So we decided to do gold jewels at the base instead, which isn’t yellow because of the ombre effect. When it was all done I left absolutely in love with my nails, so much more than I expected when I went in! I adore them so much and so does everyone who I’ve showed them to.Overall, Lotus Nails was extremely accommodating, friendly, professional,helpful, and most importantly amazing at their job while still being reasonably priced. I’m so happy to be able to honor my mom at her memorial with my beautiful sunflower nails and matching yellow dress (her favorite color). I just know they would make her happy too. It may sound silly, but having these perfect nails done in my mom’s memory has been a small comfort in this awful grieving process. So thank you Lotus!
