Manicure was AMAZING! Harper was the best and so easy to talk to. Other places I have gone to made things so weird and awkward. Rouge felt so homey and safe. I appreciated the covid precautions as well. I will definitely be back, I’m excited I’ve found somewhere I can go and feel welcome.

*I absolutely love Rouge and Eve Organics makeup and skincare. I’ve used their products for years and they have done wonders for my skin. The make-up is long-lasting. The colors are vibrant. Everything is high quality and reasonably priced. Whenever I go to Rouge everyone is so friendly and helpful – it is always brightens my day when I visit. I’ve had eyebrow waxing/threading, nails, makeup lessons, and facials – all services are excellent. Also – no one is ever pushy to try and get you to buy something you don’t need. Since COVID, their safety procedures are excellent if you visit the shop. All of my mail orders have been processed and shipped quickly.
