Always got nice experience here. Customers are biased. Wherever you go, employees always try to keep the workplace as clean as possible and do the best they can to serve you. During a busy moment, it’s hard for them to keep track every single thing. If you care too much, you best stay home to cook your food and do your own service. I’ve been to many different restaurants and salons, even Starbucks. They do have some odd moments. Besides, communication is the key. I always explain what I want to my techs. Let them know your budget or ask for the prices before you allow them to do your nails.
