This was my first time going here and I would highly recommend it. I had a 10am appointment and was out by 11 which was fantastic. They had a lot of color options to choose from. The nail tech spent a good amount of time shaping my nails and checked that I liked the shape of each nail before moving on to paining them. My nails were painted really well, even with multiple layers of polish they don’t come out thick or lumpy. I will definitely be going back!
*This is the best nail salon I have EVER been to! I have been getting my nails done every 3 weeks for a very long time and I have never been more impressed by a nail salon. My nails last far longer than expected without chipping and the technicians are capable of all different kinds of nail art, just bring in your inspiration picture. Everyone I’ve had is super friendly and talented, so you can’t go wrong. I can’t say enough, just go here.
*Mom was given a gift card for Christmas, so we drove from Birch Bay to the south side of Bellingham, about 20 miles (30 minutes by freeway) to have our nails done on this mother-daughter day (I paid for my own). We had made an appointment for 11:30, and though we are usually late, we arrived at 11:00! Organic Nails had 2 women working that day, with a customer finishing up as I pushed Mom’s wheelchair into the salon. A few minutes earlier I had gone in first to see if they could accommodate these 2 early birds. At first I was told we had to wait for our appointed time but when I mentioned the gift card, that changed everything. After we were ushered to our places and began the process with one of the ladies, another mother-daughter team arrived for their manicures, and I was stricken with a twinge of guilt for “taking cuts” ahead of someone who had kept their appointment.Organic Nails treated us like royalty, calling Mom “Gramma”, and me “Mom”. My mom absolutely loved her time spent in this salon and was completely delighted with her finished acrylic nails. And though they didn’t have my exact shade I prefer (flesh tone), I feel this lady, who first did Mom’s nails, then mine, her talent, was gentle and careful. The way my nails were done seemed to have an extra step or 2 to the process and to the finished product. We will definitely be going back there again (& we have already been telling others about this establishment)
